Organic California almonds are delicately roasted and coated with 65% Belize dark chocolate.  Traditional coating pans are used to slowly build layer upon layer of chocolate to create an elegant take on a traditional confection.  Made in Humboldt County by Dick Taylor Craft Chocolates.

Using the finest cacao and traditional European techniques, all of our chocolate is carefully crafted from the bean in our factory in Northern California.
